By accessing betbee at betbee.vip, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the betbee platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

When registering a betbee account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one betbee account. If betbee detects multiple accounts linked to the same person — identified by device, IP address, payment method, name or any other indicator — all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your betbee account. You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share them with any other person. betbee will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your betbee account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of betbee when using a shared or public device.
• Contact betbee support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

betbee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. betbee does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your betbee account, the deposit may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though betbee may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large deposits in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. betbee aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts, additional verification may be required which can extend processing time.

• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts in your own name.
• betbee reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements being met in full.
• betbee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

betbee reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending dispute or an ongoing account review. In such cases, betbee will notify you and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

betbee offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager ৳10,000 in total before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• betbee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage or use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms.

All games available on betbee use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are generated server-side and are not influenced by betbee staff, player behaviour or any external factor. betbee publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games so players can make informed decisions.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error or software malfunction — betbee will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's account. betbee's decision on technical fault resolutions is final.

betbee reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion between players or any other form of cheating. Winnings derived from exploited errors will not be paid out and the relevant accounts will be reviewed.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed before play begins.
• betbee may temporarily suspend a game for maintenance or updates at any time.

betbee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, betbee encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature, which will prevent you from accessing your account for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

betbee's responsible gaming team monitors player behaviour for signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players who show concerning patterns. betbee reserves the right to impose limits or close an account in the interest of player welfare, even without a player's request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betbee and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the betbee platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Using betbee for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing betbee from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing betbee staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to betbee's systems or another player's account.

betbee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will provide account information and transaction records when required by a valid legal request.

betbee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, betbee will return the verified account balance to the player's registered payment method after completing any required checks.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 months or more — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance. betbee will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee.

All content on the betbee platform — including but not limited to the betbee logo, game graphics, interface design, text, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of betbee or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any betbee content without prior written permission.

betbee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, data-mine or systematically extract content from betbee.

betbee provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While betbee makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. betbee will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or delays outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betbee's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betbee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if betbee has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

betbee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using betbee, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. betbee does not sell personal data to third parties and only shares data where required by law or necessary to provide the service.

betbee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betbee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using betbee and may request account closure by contacting support. Continued use of betbee after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
